15 Days Ago( May 11,2018)- Tigerus is elected President against Jala, promising to create 2 international RP organizations. Some criticism is raised against him claiming that he is inactive.
12 Days Ago( May 14, 2018)- Tigerus appoints Revlona as a Minister for Roleplay (RP Minister). Revlona is entrusted with the task of creating a United Nations and an IC.
11 Days Ago (May 15, 2018)- Revlona announces that he is not yet complete creating the UN and IC. He pleads for patience with the President.

Revlona also says,
“I am nonot creating the UN through powers granted to me as RP moderator, but as a simple player.”

10 Days Ago ( May 16, 2018)- Yorkistan resigns as Vice-President. Tigerus intends to fire New Boniza for inactivity. New Boniza posts on the RMB

Welp Delegate Trum... I mean Tigerus. As the power formally invested in me although technically still should be invested in me as Justice of Brannackia I would like to call a trial on the Injust firing of a Cabinet Member if it goes through. And the constitution says you can Appoint. Not replace or remove. A removal would have to be done like a regular Impeachment through a vote due to no existing Legislation unless of course you would humor me and go against the only political party with influence in this region (shots fired...Chill it’s a joke) I’d strongly suggest keeping me in my position.

If Tigerus were to be corrupt and remove me from power I would need your help to pass a case on him. As you may know, Even if you completely disagree with me you have to admit that I am one of the few that will always speak out and stand up if a law is passing I see unjust if he were to Remove me without an Impeachment vote I’d ask of you to stand with me and take down a tyrant-like leader.”

New Boniza incorrectly claims later in the day that the President cannot fire a cabinet member, and is refuted in this RMB post by Tigerus

New Boniza posts, “So you’re misquoting the constitution now

“Amendment VI
The Cabinet will be appointed by the President.
The Vote for President shall take place on the Sixth day of every month and must end on the Seventh
The Following positions are appointed: The Secretary of Interior, The Secretary of Defense, The Justice, The Vice President, and the Cartographer
The Following positions shall be elected: The President”.

Tigerus - “ i gave a direct quote from Amendment IV....... i copied and pasted it ffs. i cannot have a justice who doesn't know the bounds of this constitution. Using the cause of apathy in us by the justice and slander, I use my constitutional right as delegate as say the IV amendment, to dismiss the justice and appoint new one.”

Later, that day, New Boniza, as Justice ( he has not yet been dismissed) calls for a trial for a breach of the constitution by Tigerus.

The President shall have the power invested to carry out passed laws, conduct government duties and provide for the Defense as follows:
The Power to update governmental sites such as the WFE and any factbooks at his/her holding.
The Power to appoint a Cabinet.
The Power to dismiss a Cabinet member or Diplomatic Representative with just cause..

The Power to ban trolls, password protect the region, and ban persons who have been convicted of crimes by the Attorney General.

Tigerus also appointed Coltpower as Justice. New Boniza later admits he was wrong and apologizes.
Revlona says that Tigerus can’t just remake the cabinet on his own, and Tigerus justifies the firing of New Boniza by saying he “lied about the cabinet”. In response to Revlona’s objections, Tigerus fires him for ‘insubordination”.

Revlona- “Tigerus can’t go remaking the cabinet Willy nilly.
You can only dismiss people with just cause, witch you had none.
I understand that Boniza resigned, but I’m warning you not to grey to go down that road”
Tigerus says that he had to fire Revlona for refusing to do as asked, but Revlona says that there is no constitutional obligation for him to do as asked.
